11:30-1:00 Calculon
(Rubik Records, Good Looking, SMOG) http://www.soundcloud.com/calculon
Born and raised in California, but having lived in Europe and immersed in Drum and Bass culture for well over a decade, Calculon always knows exactly what the audience wants to hear. As label owner of Rubik Records and an internationally recognized producer, his finger is constantly on the pulse of Drum and Bass, having DJed everywhere from Hawaii to Amsterdam. With releases on labels such as Rubik, Fokuz, Human Elements, Big Riddim, Think Deep, and forthcoming tunes coming out on Good Looking, Smog, Vibration, and Influenza LTD, his productions, spanning styles from melodic rollers to dancefloor workouts, are impossible to ignore. Calculon’s tunes are supported by a host of DJs at the top of their game, including Digital, Dara, Bailey, AK1200, Crissy Crissy, A Sides, Survival, LTJ Bukem, Icicle, Loxy, Sinistarr, The Insiders, James Zabiela, Random Movement, and Stunna. Whether you hear his tunes on BBC 1xtra, Bassdrive, or in the club, you will be certain to hear what makes Calculon one of the leaders of the new school of Drum and Bass in America.

10:30-11:30 Sophine
(Jump Down Music)
Every so often a newcomer rolls onto the scene with undeniable skills beyond their years. Sophine is just one of those DJs. She rocks the crowd with an ear for all styles of Drum and Bass, blended up on all vinyl with quick mixes and sick double-drops. In a few short years, she’s managed to land bookings alongside the likes of the legendary DJ SS and Random Movement. We see a really bright future for Sophine out here, and once you hear her, you’ll know exactly why. Don’t miss out on a night of great music brought to you by veterans and talented newcomers alike!
